2. What data do we process and why?
We process the personal data you provide voluntarily:
- Contact by email: your name, email address and the information you include in your message, in order to handle your enquiry and keep in touch.
- Booking (Cal.com): when you book an assessment, your name, email and the appointment details, to arrange and hold the meeting.
- Browsing (Google Analytics): website usage data (page views, interactions, technical device data), only if you accept cookies, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not make automated decisions producing legal effects on you based on this data.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, given when you send us your enquiry (art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the interest in responding to a request prior to a possible contractual relationship (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if applicable, for the duration of our relationship. Afterwards, it is kept blocked during the applicable legal periods and deleted when no longer necessary.
5. Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We rely on the following providers acting as data processors, each with their own safeguards and, where applicable, international transfer clauses under the GDPR:
- Google (Google Workspace): email.
- Google (Google Analytics): website usage analytics (only with your consent).
- Cal.com: management of bookings.
- Hostinger: website hosting (VPS).
- Anthropic: processes the inputs of anyone using the demonstration assistant (demo.nuvelai.com) through its API to generate the responses.
6. Cookies and analytics
When you enter the site we show a cookie notice. Google Analytics cookies (usage analytics) are only installed if you accept them; if you reject them or do not decide, they are not loaded and no tracking takes place. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work do not require consent.
7. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights over your personal data at any time:
- Access to your data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure of your data.
- Objection to and restriction of processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to juan@nuvelai.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.
8. Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes in our services. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
